In Islam, there is no specific time mentioned for eating food at night. However, it is generally recommended to have dinner at least two to three hours before going to bed. This is because lying down immediately after eating can lead to digestion problems and negatively affect one’s health.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) advised Muslims to eat in moderation and to leave one-third of their stomach empty, one-third for food, and one-third for water. Additionally, Muslims are encouraged to consume wholesome and nutritious food, and to avoid overeating, especially late at night.
