Is it allowed to go to a person who does black magic only for the purpose of removing our black magic and not harming anyone else. Because some say only magic black can remove black magic

It is not allowed to do blackmagic in any case.
Its absolutely haram.
Only cure of black magic is 3 Qul shareefs and ayat ul qursi.
If you ask for a person to do black magic for its cure then you are doing haram and its sin.
