Salam 
I live in UK and planning to buy a house with mortagage , there are different views about it. 
I want to make sure that if I buy a house with mortgage it is not a sin because of Sood , if there is any islamic reference like an Ayat or Hadees that clears it. It would be very appreciable. There are few islamic banks as well which give mortagage money. But I have heard from people it is still the same thing . 
Please help me with this question.
