I want to ask that if a girl has no mehram and she wishes to go for umrah then can she get nikah done in madina before doing umrah and perform the umrah

Asalam o alikum,
Sister its important for women to have a mehram with her even if she is travelling so its better to be in nikkah or take some mehram with you to madina first.
